Because it is very difficult in the current banking situation to get a loan, our sellers have agreed to finance the properties themselves. We understand that your credit might be a little banged up, but we can help you get back on track while enjoying your new home.

HOW IT WORKS; Because we are private money we are able to adapt to your needs but essentially it is a mortgage that is held by the seller. They will hold the mortgage for up to 36 months while we help you get back on track and get a conventional loan. You will need a downpayment and a source of income, we'll work out the rest. Bankruptcies, foreclosures, etc are all situations that can be on your record and you can still qualify. Give us a call and see if we can help you get back in to your own home.
