As a third option we offer complete deals in which we find the lease purchaser, identify the property with a good return and put the whole deal together for you.

The realty of life today is that many people have credit problems. Our mortgage and credit repair team will help identify what issues need to be addressed on your credit report and give you the tools to change them,

The problem many home buyers run in to when they enter in to a lease purchase is that they are left on their own to try and fix their credit issues and often times still can't qualify by the end of the lease purchase term. We start the process by addressing your credit issues and help you resolve them. We want you to close on the home and so do our investors that take out the initial mortgage for you.

 30% of the people who contact us with credit issues can get a mortgage within 60 days.

50% of our clients qualify for a mortgage within 6 to 12 months.
